Private lessons consist of fundamentals of music, technical instruction on instrument, sight reading, music theory, music history, performance skills and opportunities. Our goal is to provide comprehensive private instructions to enhance our students’ interest in music.
Lesson Duration & Frequency:
Weekly 30, 45 or 60 minutes lessons are available depending on the age, ability and desire of each student (30 min is always recommended for beginning students).
Payment:
Payment is made in the first lesson in each month. Monthly flat-rate payment is calculated based on the total of lesson throughout the year divided by the number of months. Therefore, the monthly payment may vary according to the month you begin (contact us for our current rates).
Lesson Schedule:
Each instructor has different teaching schedules. Weekly lesson schedule is decided between the student/family and the instructor. There are no lessons during the major holiday weeks such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Spring Break, as well as first/last two weeks of school. Lessons are also available during the summer break for those students who wish to continue their musical study.

All students are encouraged to participate in semi annual recitals, senior facility visits, and other performance opportunities in the community.
